Best Lives Foundation
Best Lives foundation is a non-governmental humanitarian organization. And like captioned in the motto of this foundation the primary objective is to fulfill the mission of “Equal value for all lives”. What is it about the motto? It is to create an awareness that all lives matter. Nobody is a nonentity. With the necessary investment in terms of psycho social input in a person, optimal outputs guaranteed.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES: One of the main objectives of the Foundation is to promote the welfare of children in need due to poverty, disease or social injustice in addition to bring about a positive change in the social structure of the society for a better tomorrow.
This Foundation seeks to attain the same through different channels such as:
1. a. Providing medicines, special diets and expert services from Doctors/Specialists.
b. Creating an Orphanage/a Destitute Home.
c. Providing financial assistance to the needy students to pursue their education.
d. Creating at least a nursery/primary/secondary school situated in slums and poor localities.
e. Set up an old people’ home and to look after and assist persons who are unable to look after themselves due to poverty, disease and other infirmities.
f. Set up Hospitals, Clinics, etc. for providing medical facilities to the needy and poor.
g. Management & Support of orphanages, schools or other Educational institutions for children/young people.
2. Institutions created are to be run and managed in accordance with recognized ethical principles, without any privilege or discrimination with regard to religion, caste or creed whilst complying with known international best practices.
3. Provision of assistance to children in need, made available through individuals responsible for such children, eg. Heads of Schools/ Institutions, Government authorities.
4. Acting as clearing house for information for Institutions or persons interested in the activities contemplated by the Foundation.
5. The Foundation visualizes itself a wider role to play in the meaningful and more purposeful implementation of its objectives.
6. It seeks participation and help from like-minded people/organizations in creating greater base for the Foundation to give a true shape and substance to the objectives envisaged.
7. We are concerned with offering educational scholarships to less privileged children.
8. We are also set to relieve poverty amongst the vulnerable – single mothers and widows by empowering them through the giving of funds, organizing and encouraging participation in seminars, activities and forums that will empower them in realizing their potential.
9. Encouraging participation in vocational training in order to make them masters in one or two vocations such that they become economically and financially independent
10. To run parenting seminars and workshops that increase parents’ knowledge, skills, confidence and enjoyment of the parenting role rather than the endurance of parental roles.
